Brother William at the V&A

The Victoria and Albert museum in London prides itself on providing enrichment for children of all ages.

The sign said to try on these robes. I went and got Bill.

It gave him a chance to channel his inner monk.

He said they were nice and cozy.

Perfect for the damp British weather.

  2. Glad you're enjoying our adventures, Ms Q! I would gladly have slipped the red outfit into my carry-on but refrained from attempting to wear it out of the V&A. It was ever so toasty - perfect for winter evenings at home I'm sure!

  4. Thanks, Heather. Always felt I'd been a monk in a previous life.

  5. Golden robe resembles that of Monk; red robe resembles that of an emperor; so thou be! Thank you for sharing; and one might add who invited her anyway?

  6. Yes,seule, I believe the simpler robe would suit a monk better. Thought the more colourful attire might be doing church services. Fun, whatever.
